Orders & Artwork

You are responsible for supplying accurate specifications, quantities, and print-ready artwork. We may request approval of proofs before production. Once approved, changes may incur additional fees or delay delivery.

Pricing & Payment

Prices quoted on the website or via email are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Final pricing depends on specifications, materials, finishing, and quantity. Payment terms will be communicated at order confirmation.

Turnaround & Delivery

Production timelines are estimates and begin after artwork approval and payment confirmation where required. Delivery fees apply as stated on our delivery page. Risk passes to you upon dispatch to your nominated address.

Quality & Reprints

We stand behind our print quality. If you receive a defective product due to our production error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order reference. Reprints or refunds are handled per our return policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tena Graphics EA Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed delivery, incorrect artwork supplied by the customer, or force majeure events.
